A creamy and cheesy baked chicken dish with minimal prep, perfect for weeknight dinners or company.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Asiago cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the shredded Asiago cheese, mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown and bubbly. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Serve over pasta, rice, or your favorite vegetables.
  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture.
  • If you don’t have Asiago cheese, a sharp cheddar or Gruyere can be substituted.
