- 1 can (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. Press or roll it into a rectangle, about 10×12 inches.
- Spread the ketchup and mustard evenly over the dough, leaving a small border along one long edge.
- Sprinkle the cooled beef mixture evenly over the sauce.
- Top with the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Starting from the long edge with the sauce and filling, tightly roll up the dough. Pinch the seam to seal.
- Cut the roll into 1-inch thick slices.
- Place the slices cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch, burger sauce, or extra ketchup and mustard.
- For crispier rolls, you can brush them with melted butter before baking.
- These can be made ahead and reheated in the oven or air fryer.
