Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. Press or roll it into a rectangle, about 10×12 inches.
  5. Spread the ketchup and mustard evenly over the dough, leaving a small border along one long edge.
  6. Sprinkle the cooled beef mixture evenly over the sauce.
  7. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  8. Starting from the long edge with the sauce and filling, tightly roll up the dough. Pinch the seam to seal.
  9. Cut the roll into 1-inch thick slices.
  10. Place the slices cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  11. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  12. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch, burger sauce, or extra ketchup and mustard.
  • For crispier rolls, you can brush them with melted butter before baking.
  • These can be made ahead and reheated in the oven or air fryer.
