Make this simple, creamy white chocolate fudge using only three ingredients. It sets quickly and provides a velvety texture perfect for holidays or gifting.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk, room temperature
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips, good quality
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal. Lightly grease the parchment paper.
  2. Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the chocolate is almost completely melted. Do not overheat.
  3. Stir the vanilla extract into the melted white chocolate until smooth.
  4. Pour the room temperature sweetened condensed milk into the melted chocolate mixture. Stir gently until the mixture is fully combined and smooth. Avoid overmixing.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge from the pan. Cut into small squares before serving.

Notes

  • For the smoothest texture, ensure your sweetened condensed milk is at room temperature or slightly warmed. Cold milk can cause the chocolate to seize.
  • If you want to add flavor variations like peppermint or raspberry, stir in 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract or 1/4 cup of freeze-dried raspberry powder after the chocolate and milk are combined.
  • Use fresh white chocolate chips, as older chips may not melt as smoothly.
