- 1 package pre-made naan bread
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the naan bread on a baking sheet.
- Brush the naan with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Scatter the cranberries evenly over the naan.
- Crumble the goat cheese over the cranberries.
- Sprinkle the fresh rosemary and thyme over the cheese and cranberries.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the naan is golden brown and the cheese is softened.
- Drizzle with honey before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes before baking.
