An easy and festive sweet and savory flatbread perfect for holiday gatherings or parties. Uses store-bought naan for a quick appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 package pre-made naan bread
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the naan bread on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the naan with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Scatter the cranberries evenly over the naan.
  5. Crumble the goat cheese over the cranberries.
  6. Sprinkle the fresh rosemary and thyme over the cheese and cranberries.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the naan is golden brown and the cheese is softened.
  8. Drizzle with honey before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes before baking.
  • If using frozen cranberries, do not thaw them before adding to the flatbread.
  • This flatbread is best served warm.
