An ultra-easy, no-bake cream cheese and caramel dip perfect for apple slices and fall gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce, divided

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture into a serving dish.
  4. Pour 1/2 cup of caramel sauce over the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Warm the remaining 1/2 cup of caramel sauce slightly and drizzle over the top.
  6. Serve immediately with apple slices.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, top with chopped toffee bits or chopped nuts.
  • Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • This dip is ideal for fall dessert boards and potlucks.
