1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed

Add the cooled taco meat to the salad.
Just before serving, add the crushed Doritos and toss with the Catalina dressing.
Notes
For make-ahead, layer ingredients in the following order: lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, olives, taco meat. Keep dressing and Doritos separate until ready to serve to prevent sogginess.
