Bake tender chicken breasts coated in a simple, creamy Caesar and Parmesan sauce for a flavorful weeknight dinner ready fast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or nonstick spray.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with garlic powder and black pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the creamy Caesar dressing and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until combined.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spread the Caesar-Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  5. Sprinkle a little extra Parmesan cheese over the top of the sauce layer.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • For a crispier top, place the dish under the broiler for the last 2 to 3 minutes of baking, watching closely to avoid burning.
  • You can add 1/2 cup of sour cream or Greek yogurt to the dressing mixture for extra creaminess.
  • Serve this flavorful chicken main dish with roasted vegetables or buttered noodles.
