Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • Green food coloring (adjust to desired shade)
  • Red sprinkles (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Beat until fully combined and creamy.
  3. Whisk in the instant vanilla pudding mix.
  4. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Add green food coloring, a few drops at a time, mixing until you achieve a bright, Grinch-like green color.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  7. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow it to set.
  8. Before serving, top the dip with red sprinkles for a festive look.
  9. Serve this Christmas party dip with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or fresh strawberries.

Notes

  • For an extra festive touch, use a small dollop of whipped cream in the center of the dip and place a maraschino cherry on top to resemble the Grinch’s heart.
  • If you want a slightly tangier flavor, substitute half of the vanilla pudding mix with cheesecake pudding mix.
  • This dip is best served cold and can be made up to one day ahead of time.
