A rich and spicy baked dip with cream cheese, jalapeños, and bacon, perfect for game day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 23 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, and garlic powder.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish (an 8×8 inch dish works well).
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dippers like tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, leave some seeds in the jalapeños or add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • If you prefer a smoother dip, you can process the ingredients in a food processor.
  • This dip can also be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
  • For a slow cooker version, combine all ingredients and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • This recipe is naturally low-carb and keto-friendly.
