A simple and flavorful marinade that makes pork chops tender and delicious, perfect for grilling or baking.

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Stir in minced garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
  3. Place pork chops in a resealable bag or shallow dish.
  4. Pour marinade over pork chops, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours. For deeper flavor, marinate overnight.
  6. Remove pork chops from marinade and cook using your preferred method (grilling, baking, or pan-searing). Discard used marinade.
