Instructions
In a shallow bowl, whisk together egg whites, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Dip each slice of bread into the egg white mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
For Skillet: Heat oil or cooking spray in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each slice of French toast for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
