- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 5 oz fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- In a large skillet or pot, combine fettuccine, broth, heavy cream, and minced garlic. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed, about 10-12 minutes.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and butter until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add the fresh spinach and stir until it wilts into the pasta, about 1-2 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
