A quick and creamy one-pot pasta dish featuring tender spinach and garlicky Parmesan Alfredo sauce. Perfect for a weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 5 oz fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or pot, combine fettuccine, broth, heavy cream, and minced garlic. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed, about 10-12 minutes.
  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and butter until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the fresh spinach and stir until it wilts into the pasta, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use chicken broth.
  • Adjust garlic to your preference.
  • Add cooked chicken or shrimp for a non-vegetarian option.
