A festive centerpiece ring made with crescent dough, filled with turkey, cheese, spinach, and herbs. It’s easy to assemble, bakes to a golden brown, and is perfect for parties or using up leftovers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded turkey
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles for each can, for a total of 16 triangles.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cheddar cheese, spinach, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Arrange the crescent roll triangles on the prepared baking sheet, overlapping the wide ends slightly to form a large circle with the points facing inward.
  5. Spoon the turkey mixture evenly over the wide ends of the dough triangles.
  6. Fold the points of the crescent roll triangles over the filling towards the center of the circle, tucking them under the filling to seal.
  7. Brush the entire ring with the beaten egg wash for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Let the ring cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes
