Make quick, high-protein turkey and cheese roll ups for an easy lunchbox filler or on the go snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 8 slices deli turkey breast
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread half of the ranch dressing evenly over the tortilla surface.
  3. Layer two slices of turkey and two slices of cheese on top of the dressing.
  4. Starting at one edge, tightly roll the tortilla into a cylinder.
  5. Repeat steps 1-3 for the remaining three tortillas.
  6. Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to firm up before slicing.
  8. Slice each roll into 4 equal pinwheels.

Notes

  • For a low carb option, substitute the tortillas with large lettuce leaves or low carb wraps.
  • If you prefer a different spread, use hummus or cream cheese instead of ranch dressing.
  • To prevent sogginess when meal prepping, spread a thin layer of mustard first, as it acts as a moisture barrier before the ranch.
  • These roll ups keep well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
