- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 8 slices deli turkey breast
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread half of the ranch dressing evenly over the tortilla surface.
- Layer two slices of turkey and two slices of cheese on top of the dressing.
- Starting at one edge, tightly roll the tortilla into a cylinder.
- Repeat steps 1-3 for the remaining three tortillas.
- Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to firm up before slicing.
- Slice each roll into 4 equal pinwheels.
Notes
- For a low carb option, substitute the tortillas with large lettuce leaves or low carb wraps.
- If you prefer a different spread, use hummus or cream cheese instead of ranch dressing.
- To prevent sogginess when meal prepping, spread a thin layer of mustard first, as it acts as a moisture barrier before the ranch.
- These roll ups keep well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
