A quick and easy sweet and salty bark with crunchy pretzels and your favorite mix-ins, perfect for holiday gifting or snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • Optional: 1/4 cup crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips using a microwave or a double boiler. If microwaving, heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Spread the melted white chocolate evenly onto the prepared baking sheet to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  4. Immediately sprinkle the crushed pretzels, pistachios, and dried cranberries (and candy canes, if using) over the melted chocolate.
  5. Gently press the toppings into the chocolate to help them adhere.
  6. Let the bark set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, until firm.
  7. Once set, break the bark into pieces.

Notes

  • For a glossy finish, ensure your white chocolate is tempered or use high-quality melting wafers.
  • You can customize the mix-ins with other ingredients like chopped nuts, dried fruit, or sprinkles.
  • Store the bark in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
